Terms & Conditions
18+ ONLY – By accessing our website and making an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The order recipient may be asked to provide an acceptable form of ID (e.g. drivers license or passport) to prove that you are 18 years or older. It is your responsibility to ensure that this is in place.
AGREEMENT – An automated email is sent after placing an order, this is to let you know that your order has been received, please note that this is not acceptance of an order. An agreement begins at time of order despatch and you will receive a further email accordingly.
We work to ensure that all product details are correct, accurate and up to date. However, due to the fast moving pace of products, from time to time there may be errors. We take no responsibility for information that is incomplete or inaccurate. Where we have mistakenly advertised a product at a price that is lower than the correct price, we shall not be liable to provide that product at the advertised price. In these circumstances we will notify you before the relevant product(s) are dispatched and we willcalue be entitled to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Where you have over paid – we will refund the full difference.
All products are subject to availability – on rare occasion products may appear available when they are out of stock. In these occasions, we may change items (giving similar styles with equal or higher value), and if a large number of items are unavailable – we will contact you to discuss options.
DELIVERY – Please allow up to 5 days to receive your order to allow for busy periods and contact us if your order has not been received after 5 days. The majority of deliveries are made on a next day or 2 day service.
Please ensure your delivery address, delivery instructions and contact information is correct. Re-delivery fees may apply in the event you provide incorrect or inaccurate details – preventing ourselves and / or the courier from contacting you or in the event that proof of age identification is not provided if requested by the courier. In the event we need to cancel an order due to failed delivery then our only liability will be to refund the purchase price.
It is at the courier’s discretion as to whether your order will be delivered directly to your front door, if for example your building comprises of several units or several flights of stairs or the absence of a lift.
RETURNS & REFUNDS – You must notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, requests received after 14 days cannot be processed. At your cost, it is your responsibility to return goods within a further 14 days, requests received after this further 14 day period cannot be processed (due to the perishable nature of beer). Please make sure that you obtain proof of delivery and that packaging is strong and secure, damaged items may deduct value from your refund. We will refund all returned within 14 days; refunds are made to the same means of payment as used for the initial order. Please email customer support as soon as possible.
BREAKAGES / SHORTAGES / DEFECTIVE GOODS – Please inspect your order and notify us in the event of any breakage or shortage as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after delivery, quoting your order number. We may not be able to offer any replacement, store credit or refund if faults are brought to our attention after 30 days. We request that a photograph is sent by email showing the defect.
STOLEN GOODS – We are unable to offer a refund where you give us instruction to leave your order with an authorised person, neighbour or alternative location. Any such delivery are left at Customer risk.
GIFTS – We are unable to offer Customer Support to a gift recipient (in the interest of data protection). We are only able to offer Customer Support to the original order purchaser.
SEDIMENT – Please note that sediment is a naturally occurring substance which will arise during the fermentation process.
PRODUCT HANDLING – We will not be responsible for any loss, damage, cost, claim or expense which arise as a result of the way in which you handle ordered items, including (without limitation), any spillages, breakages, damage to your property or that of other people or damage caused by products as a result of the manner in which they are stored.
PRICING & PAYMENTS – We reserve the right to change prices and / or terminate any promotion or special offer at any time, without notice. We have a right to refuse to accept, delay or to cancel any order where we suspect that the payment method being used to place the order is being used fraudulently or is the subject of theft or any other unathorised use.
LIABILITY – You agree that we shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential costs, claims, actual or alleged losses howsoever arising out of or in connection with an agreement and / or our obligations under these Terms & Conditions. Our maximum liability to you, howsoever arising, shall be limited to the cost of the order. Neither we nor our couriers accept any responsibility for loss or damages suffered as a result of deliveries not being made by the estimated delivery time.
MISCELLANEOUS – We reserve the right to cancel any service, account or order if we suspect that you are behaving fraudulently, abusing or misusing the website, refund policies or special offers.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be severed or amended in such a manner as to render the rest of the provision(s) and remainder of these Terms & Conditions valid or enforceable.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
